Malaysia - Labuan and Sarawak, 1941-1945

You are here: Asia at war, World War 2 as described by USPG missionaries, 1914-1946 : Malaysia - Labuan and Sarawak, 1941-1945
These papers from Malaysia were collected by H.P. Thompson. There are more accounts of escaping the Japanese invasion in these records than in those from other countries occupied by Japan. As it was the first country to be defeated by Japan in that part of South East Asia, there would have been more escape routes for missionaries from there than from Japan's later conquests.
