New Collections Available on the Jisc DAC Purchasing Scheme!

British Online Archives (BOA) is delighted to announce its participation in the Jisc Digital Archival Collections Group Purchasing Scheme for 2024.

Following our continued high performance in this scheme throughout the previous academic year, BOA will once again grant Jisc member UK Higher Education institutions the fantastic opportunity to make significant savings across twenty of our most sought-after products. This year the scheme will include five brand new primary source collections: Building a New Germany: Denazification and Political Re-education, 1944–1948Censorship: Policy and Practice During the Second World WarThe Graphic, 1869–1932The Sketch, 1893–1958; and The Sphere, 1900–1964. We are very excited about these collections and will be sharing more information about them over the coming months.

Group purchasing is a community-centred scheme that is based on a simple market principle: the more products that are purchased, the lower the price. Jisc members can expect to enjoy a minimum of a 20% discount on all featured products. There is also the potential for a discount of up to 30% throughout the academic year, depending on uptake by institutions.

Please visit the BOA website, where you can find a full list of our available products. Alternatively, you can visit the BOA page on Jisc’s License Subscription Manager site.
