Secure disposal of documents.
Working in partnership with two of Yorkshire’s leading disposal companies, we ensure your waste documents are shredded in line with best practice. Unwanted documents could include those that have been scanned and the original copy is no longer required, or documents in storage that have reached the end of their retention period. All files are shredded using an industrial shredder and a certificate of destruction is produced for your records. Following this process, they are compacted and sent for recycling within secure facilities.

/ The Benefits
There are legal implications and serious penalties for not using proper disposal methods that could result in confidential and sensitive information ending up in the wrong hands.
Prevent identity fraud
From bank statements to personal addresses of employees or clients, documents with personal information are invaluable to those who seek to act fraudulently, so it’s vital they are thoroughly destroyed.
Shredding and recycling unwanted documents is a positive step in the right direction towards acting as a socially responsible business.
Avoid security breaches
By implementing correct disposal methods, you will greatly reduce the chance of a paper-based security breach which could put your customers or employees at risk and violate their privacy.
Free up office space
Document disposal removes the need for document storage completely – other than in a digital format where required.
/ Who We Help
/ How It Works
1 / Scan
Once your files are scanned, as a standard procedure we keep the information for a minimum of 3 months giving you time to check the quality of the digital images and make sure you are happy with the work we have done for you.
2 / Secure Disposal
The confidential files we have scanned can then be taken away for secure disposal. All files are shredded using an industrial shredder and a certificate of destruction is produced for your records.
3 / Recycle
We only recycle documents once they have been both shredded and compacted.

/ Frequently asked questions
Of course, we often have clients who might want to retain certain files or papers, and we are more than happy to work with a client to discover what and what cannot be sent for disposal.
Yes, for clients who want to retain their documents, and do not wish for a delivery to take place, they can collect them from our facilities.
We advise shredding the documents below as a minimum:
- Financial information
- Company information
- Employee information
- Client or customer information
It’s not just paper documents that need shredding. Confidential information is also stored on electronic items such as hard discs, memory sticks and laptops. These items can be securely destroyed at the end of their use, just like paper documents can.
Once we have scanned your paper files, as a standard procedure we keep the information for a minimum of 3 months giving you time to check the quality of the digital images and make sure you are happy with the work we have done for you. At this time if you are happy, the confidential files we have scanned can then be taken away for secure disposal. All files are shredded using an industrial shredder and a certificate of destruction is produced for your records. You can also specify retention periods depending on your compliancy requirements.
This depends on the level of confidentiality but we only recycle documents once they have been both shredded and compacted. Quite often a business might simply recycle important documents assuming that they will be disposed of and then recycled. As security is one of our top priorities, we know that this is not enough, which is why we go through such rigorous efforts to ensure that no information remains.
We operate nationwide working closely with businesses and organisations throughout the UK.
We have two options. You can deliver your materials to our premises, or, we can arrange collection using our track, unmarked vans from your preferred location.
Get in touch for a friendly chat to discuss your project's requirements. We can provide a digitised sample of your documents free of charge to ensure it meets your satisfaction.
