Our Document Scanning Process

1Consultation and collection

Arrange a consultation with one of our scanning experts to assess the requirements of your business so we can discuss, recommend, and advise the best document scanning solution for your business.

From there we collect your documents using our own marked and tracked vehicles before carrying out an extensive inventory at our highly secure premises to ensure that each and every document is accounted for.


Once preparation is complete, and the individual documents have been inspected, we pass them through our scanners, which can scan up to 16,000 documents per hour.

From there, each and every image is put through a quality assurance procedure to ensure legibility, completeness, and pagination.

3Indexing and delivery

As per your instructions, we index and name the images using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software and techniques.

Once a second quality assurance has been completed, the images are then securely handed over (digitally or physically) for sign off. Scanned documents are then returned or shredded as per your wishes.
